Steel British and American Vintage Motorcycle Silhouettes

CNC Plasma Cut Steel Vintage Motorcycle Replicas – Triumph, BSA, Vincent, Norton, Ariel and other makes are rarely, if ever realistically modeled.  They can all be found here.  There is something about a silhouette that has been cut from solid steel that isn’t present in fragile plastic pieces that have been imported by the thousands.

Since it is impossible for a steel cutout to contain all the components of an original motorcycle, it must selectively incorporate the important detail.  Most of us who are long-term bikers recognize a particular motorcycle model by the shape of the gas tank, the timing cover, the push rod tubes, and whether or not it is of unit construction.

In producing a laser or plasma cut shape, a certain amount of space must be maintained between lines and internal cutouts to keep parts from falling out or running together.  A realistic silhouette must therefore contain as much detail as possible, the right detail, and sufficient space between the details.  We believe we have accomplished this.

Many of the motorcycle models you will find on these pages have been painted to give you an idea of what is possible.  In most instances only two or three colors have been used.  A more thorough paint job would likely produce even more impressive results.  We hope you enjoy looking at our work.
